Consultation Policy

At Your Migration Experts, we are committed to providing professional and transparent migration advice. To ensure clarity and efficiency in our consultation process, please review our consultation policy below.

1. Booking a Consultation

• Consultations can be booked via our website, phone, or email.

• Appointments are available in person, via phone, or online (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet).

• A confirmation email with details will be sent once the booking is completed.

2. Consultation Fees

• Our consultation fees vary depending on the type and complexity of the case.

• Fees are payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless canceled within the allowed timeframe (see below).

• Any consultation fees paid may be credited towards future migration services if you proceed with us.

3. Consultation Duration & Scope

• Standard consultations last ( 30 or 60 minutes).

• The consultation includes an assessment of your eligibility, visa options, and general migration advice.

• It does not include document review, case preparation, or formal legal representation unless agreed otherwise.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Clients may reschedule their consultation with at least 24 hours notice.

• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows or late arrivals beyond 20 minutes may require rebooking and an additional fee.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All consultations are strictly confidential. Your personal information is protected under Australian privacy laws.

• We do not share or disclose client details without consent, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer

• Advice provided during the consultation is based on the information given at the time.

• Immigration laws and policies change frequently, and we recommend follow-up consultations for updated advice.

• Engaging in a consultation does not establish a client-agent relationship until a formal service agreement is signed.
